The hotel is conveniently located in close proximity to the Secret Zoo Jatim Park 1 & 2 and Augkut Amust See Museum, making it a great base for sightseeing. It is also near the train station and located in the city center, providing easy access to local amenities. the spacious and clean rooms offered good value for money, and the staff were friendly and quick to respond to requests for amenities such as towel and toilet roll replacements.
The wifi connection in the hotel was weak and unsatisfactory, causing inconvenience to business travelers who needed to be constantly connected to the internet.

During my Christmas holiday, I had a good experience in a hotel located near the city center. The breakfast was abundant with a variety of options that suited my taste buds. the room was well-maintained and provided me with a comfortable place to stay. the hotel's key location made it easy for me to reach different city attractions quickly.
The hotel's staff could speak little to no English, making it challenging to communicate with them. , the water pressure in the shower was poor, and the shampoo and soap provided by the hotel were a bit low in quality.

Spacious, well-maintained rooms. Good water pressure. Varied Indonesian breakfast. Best location. Large rooms with fridges, well-working aircon, big bathroom with good hot shower. Polite staff. Classic 'grand hotel' feel. Two restaurants in the lobby.
No issues.
